HOLD THIS! is a short story written by Assata Evans. This film tells the story of one man's life journey and the weight he carries with him. 

 

Through the course of one day, Miles learns a deep lesson from an unsuspecting stranger about how to manage some of the burdens we all carry with us: insecurity, self-doubt, anxiety, jealousy, disappointment, and more. 

 

We learn through Miles that it's not so much about the weight of what we carry, but how we can lighten our load through understanding and self care.
